So Mario Molè, president of the Consorzio Chiaramonte wanted to comment on the closing of the 2018 edition of Terra Matta. It was an important event from every point of view: from showcasing traditional products to giving the right light to all the protagonists. Three days and three different events: the national enogastronomic competition with the victory of two young chefs from restaurants that have made and do the history of gastronomy in Italy; the Taste Workshop led by internationally renowned chef Marcello Leoni, and finally the workshop on Cannara onion held in Giarratana and the three master classes on wine, oil and beer paired with cheeses.
