Marco Tozzi studied at the Hotel Management School “E. Maggia” in Stresa (Vb). Among his most significant experiences, we find that as chef at the restaurant “La casa degli Spiriti”, a Michelin Star in Costermano (Vr) between 2008 and 2012, and again in 2012, the internships at the Hotel “Villa Crespi”and the two Michelin stars (chef Antonino Cannavacciuolo).
Between 2013 and 2014, he has worked again as chef in London first at the “Cotidie Restaurant” and later at the “Convivio Restaurant” (where he has been also Consultant). In the British capital city, he still works as Head Chef at the prestigious “Morton’s Club”.
His way of cooking aims firmly on innovation and on the seasonality of the products he uses in the preparation of his dishes. Extremely careful in the choice of the raw materials, he is strongly devoted to the search for elegance and modernity. Therefore, simplicity and the combination between modernity and tradition are the main features that characterize Marco Tozzi’s cusine.
Over the years, he has received many awards, among which the most prestigious are the Michelin star in November 2010, the Medal of the Touring Guide in November 2011 and the Youth Knighthood Prize in April 2013, received by the Province of Verbano Cusio Ossola.
